All you need to do is upload your property details (photos and description) using our online control panel & wizard, and your property will be immediately available to potential renters in Italy and worldwide.

Owner Managed Bookings
€3.90 / month
Advertise and manage your property, take bookings and payments using your direct contact details.
There is a low monthly fee of €3.90 for the first property (equivalent to €46.80 per year and paid annually). Each additional property has a reduced fee of €2.00 per month.

Option 2
Italy All Year Managed Bookings
This service is suitable for owners wishing to avoid the work involved in taking a booking (emails, phone calls, payment method etc). Your contact details will not appear on the site and your privacy will be protected.
With Italy All Year managed bookings :
- you may insert your property(s) onto the site free of charge
- you will be contacted by us when visitors express an interest in your property.
- You will never be charged anything for appearing on the site. Charges will only be applied if we make a paid booking on your behalf.
- We will always first check with you for availability.
- The service charge for each successful paid booking is 15%.
- Unlimited properties are permitted.
- Payments are made to you via bank transfer (or cheque if you prefer) for the full rental amount less our 15% service charge.
